The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced or new graduate Physiotherapists to join our team, working full-time in the Community in South Perth WA and surrounds. Our focus is on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in daily activities, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals, and helping them live their best lives. You will work with a range of clients, mainly in the community, providing services across various packages and programs:

• Private services supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
• Rehab in the home program focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery.
• Hospital in the Home program supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.
• Home Care Package clients supporting those who wish to remain independent at home.

About you

With an AHPRA registration and interest in community work, you are comfortable working independently and passionate about patient-centered care.

As a mobile Community Physio, you should be comfortable traveling across the Southern Perth area and provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
