  Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for key commercial and operational initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Develop actionable insights using sales, demand, and inventory data
  • Support trade spend optimisation, pricing, and promotional analysis
  • Identify and drive process improvements across supply and demand planning
  • Work closely with IT teams on system enhancements and data integration
  • Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Assist in system implementation and support UAT where required
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  • 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 in Energy, retail, or consumer goods
  • Proven ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into business actions
  • Strong knowledge of operations-supply chain, sales, promotions, forecasting
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
  • Familiarity with trade spend analysis and commercial finance principles
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Agile project delivery experience is desirable
