Join Veeva Systems as an Associate Consultant to develop technical and consulting skills in the life sciences industry.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skills.
  • Participating in business process discovery workshops with customers, gathering requirements, and supporting fit/gap analysis.
  • Configuring Veeva products to match customer needs under the guidance of experienced Solution Architects.
  • Assisting in building and testing solutions, training customers, and final deployment.
  • Creating documentation of system requirements and design for successful implementations.
  • Explaining solutions to various audiences and providing subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
  • Guiding customer project teams to apply business and technical best practices.
About You

Candidates should have:

  • Strong academic performance in a relevant major.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomed Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to express technical and business concepts as potential solution designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with a strong command of English.
  • An aptitude and interest in technology.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10% of the time.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Training & Development

The role offers opportunities to develop consulting skills, application functional and technical proficiency, and knowledge of the life sciences industry, with mentorship from experienced consultants and project managers.

The position is designed for new graduates to grow into subject matter experts at Veeva, with potential advancement into roles such as Consultant or Solution Architect.
