Responsibilities

• Operate and manage over-the-road driving responsibilities as a Company Driver - OTR depending on selected option

Compensation and schedule options

• Option 1: Road Warrior
  Start at $0.70 CPM
  Pay Rate: Road Warrior OTR truck drivers can earn up to $90,000 yearly; Guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks); 8 Weeks Out / 10 Days Off; Top miles - Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week; Paid vacation; 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU\'s, refrigerators, and more), 100% automatic; Get a $100 Walmart gift card after orientation to stock up your truck; Midwest Regional or National Lanes; No Northeast, No New York City; Your Choice of Benefits Plans; Flight to orientation
• Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package
  Start at $0.68 CPM
  Pay Rate: Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly; Guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks); 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off; Top miles - Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week; Paid vacation; 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU\'s, refrigerators, and more), 100% automatic; Get a $100 Walmart gift card after orientation to stock up your truck; Midwest Regional or National Lanes; No Northeast, No New York City; Your Choice of Benefits Plans; Flight to orientation
• Option 3: Traditional Midwest Regional
  Start at $0.62 - $0.64 CPM
  Pay Rate: Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly; Guaranteed $1,426 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks); 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off; Top miles - Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week; Paid vacation; 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU\'s, refrigerators, and more), 100% automatic; Get a $100 Walmart gift card after orientation to stock up your truck; Midwest Regional or National Lanes; No Northeast, No New York City; Your Choice of Benefits Plans; Flight to orientation
