And we're on the hunt for a talented SEO Director to join our buzzing (and flourishing) Search Engine Optimisation team

Working alongside the wider SEO team, you'll create & deliver robust SEO solutions to support our enterprise clients and their complex challenges.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive, long-term SEO strategies
• Perform thorough site audits to identifying opportunities to grow traffic
• Lead, manage, and mentor junior SEO team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
• Oversee the SEO strategies for key accounts, ensuring they meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary advocate for SEO within the organisation. Lead educational initiatives to raise awareness and understanding of SEO's role in the broader digital strategy among all relevant teams.
• Continuously identify and implement innovative SEO solutions and practices.
• Ensure all SEO-related tools and software are current, fully functional, and optimally utilised across the team.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring they are allocated effectively to achieve the best possible SEO outcomes and maximise ROI.
• Proactively address and resolve complex SEO challenges and issues, including offering rapid responses to algorithm updates. Identify and mitigate churn risk factors across SEO clients.
• Play a key role in SEO and MMM meetings, presenting strategic insights, progress reports, and contributions that highlight the impact and value of SEO initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top SEO talent to ensure a high-performance team.
• Collaborate closely with other marketing channels to create an integrated and cohesive digital strategy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
• 8+ years experience in SEO
• Proven track record of defining SEO strategy and driving revenue-focused organic growth.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and their impact on organic performance
• Commercially minded and strategic thinker accustomed to evaluating new opportunities, guiding new website build/migration investments, and making data-driven decisions
• Proven excellence in written and verbal communication, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork and leadership
• Experience in leading and mentoring SEO teams, promoting continuous professional growth
• Ability to stay ahead of market trends and search engine algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience collaborating with other marketing channels to create an integrated and cohesive digital strategy
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
