Aged and Home Care Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged and Home Care Worker. The successful applicant will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as showering, toileting, and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments
  • Administer medications, as required
  • Monitor client health and well-being, reporting any concerns to management
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Valid Australian or International Driver's Licence (Probationary/Unrestricted)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the role
