Role Summary

The Change Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing change plans that drive intended business outcomes through sustained change adoption. They provide expert advice to business stakeholders on change management and communication solutions.

Knowledge & Skills
  1. Ability to support individuals, teams, and organisations to navigate change and the change process
  2. Good understanding of and experience in change management activities including change impact assessment, planning and risk mitigation
  3. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage own workload and multitask across competing priorities
  5. Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and responsible working style
  6. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  7. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Experience
  1. Experience leading a portfolio of varied changes
  2. Experience leading change management activities in a complex environment
  3. Experience working in a shared services environment desirable
  4. Experience in training, facilitation and presenting
  5. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Qualifications

PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications highly valued.
