Employment Type: Full Time Exempt (contract up to August 2026). Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2/3. Remuneration: $109,857.00 - $144,444 per annum plus 12% superannuation. Hours Per Week: 38. Location: St Leonards.

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for the provision of a broad range of generalist human resource advice and services to portfolio clients using effective partnering and their workforce knowledge and skills to work with business units to help them achieve their strategic, operational and performance goals. The aspect of these goals is good management of people issues, in the context of the employee experience, a safe workplace and a constructive culture.
