Repco Cairns are looking to welcome a Full Time Store Person to join their team

The purpose of this role is to take care of our incoming stock, ensuring all inward goods received are receipted and carefully put away. An understanding of car parts, whilst not essential, will also be helpful.

Duties Include
  • All goods are checked and receipted, recording any discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Goods are put away in a safe, careful and tidy manner in the correct location.
  • Assist with operational compliance requirements, e.g., cyclic stock take process.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleanliness of the store and facilities.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail & "follow-up" skills.
  • Help maintain presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom when required.
  • Prioritize safety and strive to provide a safe work environment.
  • Commit to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous retail and/or warehouse experience, especially with receivables.
  • Physical capacity to perform the role, including handling heavy products.
  • Perfectionist attitude when putting stock away.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license.
