Our team of radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, centre support staff, as well as our network of independent radiologists make up our 2,000 diagnostic imaging experts and support staff across 150 sites right around the country.

Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for property and facilities management? We're looking for a proactive Property Administrator to join our Commercial team and play a critical role in supporting the management of our national property portfolio.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Head of Property and Facilities, providing critical administrative and project support across leasing, asset management, and facilities operations.

This is your chance to contribute to strategic property initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Property and Facilities
• Assist with project management and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Oversee lease administration tasks, including rent reviews, makegoods, extensions, and property-owner communications
• Maintain data integrity
• Support facilities management through vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, and property procurement
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in senior administration, ideally with exposure to property or asset management
• Strong project coordination, the ability to multitask effectively & excellent attention to detail, professional communication skills, and a resolutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A Certificate IV in Business Administration will be highly regarded
