The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for qualified and motivated Boilermakers to join our QLD team in Narangba. If you're keen to get amongst it with large-scale steel builds, we've got a spot for you—day and afternoon shifts available, with plenty of overtime for those who want it.

You'll be hands-on in fabricating and welding structural steel components to top-tier standards of safety and quality. We're talking full-time, permanent roles with immediate starts available.

What You'll Be Doing

Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans with accuracy and confidence

Perform structural welding to meet quality, compliance, and safety benchmarks

Operate fabrication tools and equipment with precision and care

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

Follow Hanlon's ISO-certified safety systems and protocols

Complete pre-start checks and actively contribute to toolbox talks

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Accurately fill out job cards, checklists, and report any quality issues or hazards

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial steel fabrication

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability

White Card

Working at Heights ticket (desirable)

Forklift licence (desirable)
