Trainer & Assessor – Business for Trades

Join Our Team as a Trainer and Assessor in Business for Trades

Are you an experienced trades professional with a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of skilled workers? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join our team

At Cire we are committed to providing high-quality vocational education and training. Our mission is to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their chosen trades. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where educators can thrive and make a real impact.

This is a new initiative we are delivering within our local community until the end of term 3 (Sept 19th May) 1 day per week on a Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in [specific trades, e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical]
  • Assess students' competencies and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and update training materials and resources
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey

What You'll Bring
  • Relevant trade qualification and industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
