Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Coordinator, based in Minto NSW. The Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, managing client relationships, overseeing the transportation and registration process, and solving any issues that arise. Tasks include coordinating with partners, handling client inquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Basic Computer and Administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
