Platypus Assistant Store Manager

The role of an Assistant Store Manager at Platypus Shoes is to support the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate staff members.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales assistant or supervisor with a motivated and driven attitude
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation goals
  2. Motivate and coach the team to achieve optimal results
  3. Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement
  4. Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards
