We are seeking high-profile lawyers to advise our clients on complex corporate transactions, structuring, and governance in a dynamic and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology, and energy.
  • Exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies.
  • Handle typical work including share and business acquisitions, subscriptions and sales, shareholder, unitholder, partnership, and joint venture agreements, intellectual property advices, trading terms, supply agreements, franchising, employment matters, trust creation, and advice.

About You

We are looking for lawyers with 1-4 years PAE and 4-7 years PAE in commercial law.

Strong academic results, excellent communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong drive to succeed are essential.
