About the opportunity
The Full Stack Software Engineer role demands an experienced Software Engineer to build the software foundations that underpin our technology.
At SEITEC, you're ultimately responsible for the success of our technology, through effective engineering delivery, ensuring that each product release meets the highest standards of functionality and performance.
Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing features and improvements that span our software stack of Python, Typescript, C, and Rust.
In addition, you will collaborate with our diverse team of technical experts by providing expert feedback, collecting requirements to drive excellence in the way we build software.

We have significant experience in developing software in high reliability environments - and we're seeking similar people who have a proven track record in development of similar complex technology involving interconnected hardware, software and cloud-based components.
Specifically, we are looking for candidates with
- at least 5 years software engineering experience, including in a dynamic early to mid-stage scale-up
- experience in event driven software architectures and wrangling large time-series data sets
- strong problem solving and analytical skills
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to efficiently communicate complex ideas
- tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering or Computer Science
