We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risksmart Claims Team at Marsh Australia. This role will be based in the Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Claims Executive in the Risksmart Claims Team, you are responsible for proactively managing a varied portfolio of strata and homeowner claims. There will also be some exposure to other lines of business such as healthcare and liability claims. You will oversee the entire claims process, delivering exceptional service, thoroughly evaluating claims to determine policy coverage, and skillfully negotiating favorable outcomes for insurer clients.
What you need to have:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in insurance
- Experience working to deadlines (including GICOP) and within SLA timeframes
- Broad knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
