Our client is a leading global producer of sustainable, distributed energy, committed to facilitating the world's transition from traditional energy sources to decarbonised solutions. The company owns and operates a varied portfolio of power stations across Australia, North America, and Europe.

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a leading role in the design and delivery of major works to support the transformation of the electricity sector. The successful candidate will be involved in the front-end engineering phases of several assets and have the chance to be a part of a successful, personable engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with team members, customers, contractors, authorities, and other external stakeholders to understand the collaborative ideas on project challenges.
  2. Search for innovative ideas and concepts to improve the value of project opportunities for customers.
  3. Be involved in the development of engineering standards, typical design and modelling capabilities to enhance the value of problem solving.
  4. Provide creative, robust and competent technical solutions to support project developments that start from early concept phases through to FID.
  5. Ensure and take priority for personal health and safety and more so the health and safety of others through the implementation of HSE requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Professional qualifications in Electrical or Renewable Engineering are essential.
  2. Electrical Engineer/Electronics Engineering Degree.
  3. Experience within the power generation industry, design and construction of power stations is desirable.
Benefits:
  1. Salary up to $180,000 Superannuation.
  2. Bonus scheme up to 10%.
  3. Hybrid Working - 2x a week from home.
