Role overviewSpecsavers are recruiting top Audiology talent for an Acting Audiology Partner position at Specsavers Townsville Castletown. We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Audiologist or Audiometrist to become our Acting Audiology Partner on a 13-month fixed term contract. The role is expected to commence in January in ideally a full-time capacity (Monday – Friday). Flexibility for part-time hours is considered.
The Acting Audiology Partner provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the Specsavers model, manage an established location, and experience the benefits of running your own business.

- $15,000 Fixed Bonus

- Operational flexibility within Specsavers framework
- Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology
- Two years clinical experience post qualifying
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strategic working relationships
- Ability to lead and collaborate to achieve business outcomes
