At BeFound Digital, we help businesses grow by crafting high-performance SEO strategies that drive real traffic and revenue. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead our clients to digital success.

You'll have the autonomy to work closely with a small number of clients, delivering SEO programs that align with their growth objectives. You will also have the support of an SEO Executive and the opportunity to expand your team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • SEO Campaign Planning: Plan, present, execute, and iterate on SEO programs for clients across service-based or B2B industries.
  • Setting Objectives & KPIs: Define and measure impact against business goals.
  • Team Mentoring & Training: Lead, mentor, and manage an SEO Executive while supporting future team expansion.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of SEO work and impact. This includes running bi-weekly WIP meetings, monthly reporting, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Analyze and report on SEO campaign performance (rankings, traffic, and conversions), providing actionable insights.
  • Continuous Optimization: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to continuously improve client roadmaps and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Client Teams: Work closely with content, web development, and paid media teams to align SEO with overall marketing goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee SEO project timelines, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
  • Client Presentations: Present SEO strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans in a clear and actionable way.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven SEO Experience: 6+ years in SEO, with consideration for applicants with less experience if they can clearly demonstrate their success and methodology. At least 2 years' agency experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and proficiency in technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
  • Service-Based or B2B Experience: Ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Track Record of Success: Experience in driving organic search growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strategic & Organized: Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects effectively.

Salary Package

Range between $120,000 to $150,000 pending experience and capabilities.
