About The Role

Thanks to a strong pipeline of design-focused projects, the business is looking to grow. We're searching for a capable and ambitious Intermediate or Senior Structural Design Engineer ready to take that next step.

This role will offer you the chance to work closely with directors, lead your own projects, and engage with creative professionals who value engineering insight. You'll be involved in concept design through to delivery, on projects where your input makes a visible impact.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:

• 3-5+ years of local structural design experience
• Solid exposure to architecturally designed buildings
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Australian Standards and local council regulations
• A proactive mindset and a passion for high-quality engineering
• Full working rights in Australia

You're someone who can think on your feet, is solutions-focused, and enjoys collaborating with design-conscious clients and colleagues.
