• Partnering with clients to fulfill their workforce needs
• Managing employees, including scheduling, leave, and shift coverage
• Maintaining a strong on-site presence
• Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new team members
• Conducting health and safety activities to ensure compliance and well-being
