This isn't just a "make assets" role. We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, ask smart questions, and bring energy and ownership to diverse projects. You'll learn from senior creatives, sharpen your craft, and help shape the design identity of established and emerging brands.

Your work will be visible, meaningful, and central to how we tell our story. You'll contribute to platforms and campaigns that directly impact thousands of Australians, with the chance to see your creativity make a real difference at scale.

What you'll do

Working within a high-performing marketing and design team, you'll:

• Deliver creative across digital, print, and platform environments
• Produce reports, presentations, infographics, campaigns, eDMs, websites, and e-learning content
• Design visuals for video, app, and platform projects
• Collaborate with UX/UI to bring wireframes and journeys to life
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems
• Explore AI tools to elevate creative workflows
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and national projects driving business expansion

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to be highly involved in building something bigger, and has the drive to continually improve their skills while delivering quality at pace.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience (studio, agency, or in-house)
• Strong in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential; XD and Premiere Pro a bonus)
• Highly confident using Word, PowerPoint, and Canva to create and adapt branded content
• Proactive and motivated – you don't wait for answers, you ask the right questions and take ownership
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ambitious and curious, eager to learn from senior designers and evolve with the business
• Curiosity about AI and automation in design, with a willingness to experiment and learn
• A folio showcasing your versatility, creativity and problem-solving through visuals
• Bonus: familiarity with Figma, UX principles, or e-learning tools
