Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Documentor to oversee the efficient and accurate documentation of major projects for clients, consultants, and builders. In this role, you will ensure high-quality deliverables while representing the business with external stakeholders. You will also lead and mentor a team of Architects and Documentors on smaller projects across various sectors, ensuring their smooth and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project documentation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.

We are ideally looking for a full-time, five-day-per-week candidate, but we are open to flexible hours for the right person—please share your preferences on your application.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation using Revit, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
• Lead the creation, management, and revision of high-quality technical and non-technical documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, style, and adherence to company standards, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and building strong relationships with peers, clients, and consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure documentation meets project goals and user needs.

About you

• Extensive experience in documenting architectural projects, with a strong technical acumen.
• Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale architectural projects across various sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and design software, with the ability to lead project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of proactively managing client relationships while staying organized and prioritizing tasks.
• Resilient under pressure, with a collaborative approach to working with clients, teams, and across projects.
