We're looking for a motivatedAccount Managerto join Navirec Australia. In this hybrid role, you'll work remotely while occasionally meeting with clients or using our office in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
- Compensation: $65,000-80,000 base salary + $30 per vehicle/tracker sold + performance bonuses.
- Location: Gold Coast, with flexibility to work remotely and attend meetings or client visits.
- Travel: A valid open Australian driver's licence is required for client visits.

Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you'll:
- Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on SMEs with fleets of 5-50 vehicles.
- Conduct remote or in-person product demos to showcase Navirec's solutions.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Use our tools to track sales performance and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Occasionally attend meetings or use office facilities at Surfers Paradise.
Experience and Skills
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Has experience in sales, account management, or client relations (preferred but not required).
- Holds a valid open Australian driver's licence.
- Is comfortable using digital tools and software for demos and sales tracking.
