Associate Dentist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our busy 3-chair practice, Banksia Grove Family Dental, 2 days a week on Fridays and Saturdays.
You will be joining 4 lovely associate dentists and a part-time OHT.
About the RoleDrawing on your strong experience across all facets of clinical and general dentistry, your role as an Associate Dentist will involve delivering a wide range of clinical services that meet our high standards of patient care. A motivated team player who is keen to continue your dental education, you'll apply your proven skills and approach to ensure patients receive a seamless and caring dental experience.
Skills and ExperienceYou have:
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience with high clinical skills and standards
- Appropriate dental qualification with high clinical skills and standards
- Current professional indemnity insurance

- An organized problem-solver with a strong work ethic
- A team player capable of managing and coaching others
- Open-minded, empathetic, and understanding
- Highly professional with a polished image and good personal presentation
- Modern practice with the latest dental technologies and equipment, including OPG & intra-oral cameras

Founded in 2013, National Dental Care has grown from four practices in Brisbane to over 90 across Australia, including the acquisition of the DB Dental network in Perth.
Our practices are equipped with the latest technologies, including OPGs, intra-oral cameras, some with CEREC, CBCTs, and 3D printers.
Our 'NDC Academy' offers a range of clinical courses, both in-person and online, covering topics from endodontics to implants and Invisalign.
We pride ourselves on attracting and retaining top dental practitioners and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture. We host various clinical and social events to facilitate networking among our growing team of dentists in Perth.
