We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and skilled Chef for an exciting opportunity with us. Our vibrant restaurants, known for their exceptional culinary offerings, are seeking a talented Chef to join our team. As a crucial member of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a delightful dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the management team to create and update a diverse and appealing menu.
  2. Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate innovative dishes to enhance the café's reputation.
  3. Execute food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and quality standards.
  4. Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
  5. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
  6. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet demand.
  7. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet the café's standards.
  8. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
  9. Work closely with kitchen staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen team members.
  11. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene practices.
  12. Regularly conduct safety inspections and take corrective actions as needed.
  13. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address customer feedback and special requests.
  14. Ensure a seamless flow of communication between kitchen and service staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a Chef in a busy and dynamic culinary environment (1-3 years).
  2. Culinary degree or relevant certification.
  3. Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
  4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
