Join us as a casual Training Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in extending ASA's footprint and reach for neurodiversity awareness and true inclusion for organisations across Australia.

Representing ASA and our lived experiences, you'll leverage your expertise to advocate and promote engaging content, facilitate workshops, and provide resources that enable seamless transitions and sustained organisational improvement.

Our neurodiversity at work training program will thrive on your ability to connect and present with passion to audiences online and in-person, to share through our stories the values and benefits of true inclusion, and to facilitate and draw from quality discussions with individuals and groups as they workshop ways to build the ideal neuroinclusive work environment for their new and existing employees

In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver innovative training solutions that will build awareness and empower others to look within, challenge stigmas and enhance processes, as well as support the integration of new ways across their organisations with a neurodiverse flair.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Build upon, design, develop, and deliver engaging blended content, facilitator materials, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner engagement and capability development.

Our mission is to train and develop our data analysts over an 18-month period, whilst working together to transition them into one of our affiliated inclusive organisations, where their career can take flight.

We empower our analysts to provide business-to-business professional data & digital engineering, providing them with everything they need to enter into a career in data analytics

About You
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a strong focus on neurodiverse or inclusive education.
  • Proficiency in using instructional and visual design methods to create engaging training content is essential.
  • Confident online presentation and unique group facilitation skills are needed and will be an integral part of the recruitment process.
  • Development of blended content using tools such as Articulate, along with SharePoint and LMS administration experience is desired.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience in training, or a related field.
