Bridge42's Perth team is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Advisor who shares our values and our purpose in "Revealing the promise of Australia's emerging future." You will be part of a passionate, motivated team and have the chance to make a significant impact on diverse, high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site due diligence, redevelopment analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Support business case development for acquisitions and capital approvals.
• Conduct economic, demographic, and market research.
• Prepare client reports and presentations.
• Coordinate subconsultants and project deliverables.
• Contribute to funding applications and investment analysis.
• Support business development and opportunity sourcing.
• Work across sectors including residential, aged care, community, retail, and hospitality.

Key Skills and Experience

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Advisor with the following:

• A degree in property, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the property industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of valuation and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with feasibility tools (e.g. Estate master) and excel modelling (desirable).
• Understanding of property investment metrics and development fundamentals.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate subconsultants and support project delivery.
• Strong research skills and an interest in community-focused investment.
• Confident communicator with a drive to build industry relationships.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
