Overview

We are a distributed-first company focused on delivering AI-driven knowledge systems. The Senior Product Manager will shape exceptional user experiences for mobile and UX-centric products, working closely with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists to create intuitive and industry-leading solutions from the ground up (0-to-1).

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a user-centered product vision and roadmap focused on delivering innovative, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations to drive UX excellence.
• Lead end-to-end development of user-centric mobile and web applications, ensuring features enhance the overall user experience.
• Drive UX innovation through rapid prototyping, user testing, and applying cutting-edge design practices.
• Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, research, and product marketing to deliver integrated UX priorities.
• Advocate for UX best practices and foster a culture of user-centered thinking across the product organization.
• Leverage analytics and personalization strategies to enhance relevance, intuitiveness, and engagement of AI-driven experiences.
• Develop and measure UX metrics to monitor and optimize user satisfaction and adoption.
• Ensure scalable and performant UX solutions, balancing innovation with technical feasibility.
• Identify opportunities for third-party integrations to expand functionality and richness of interactions.
• Manage and improve critical user experiences such as search, discovery, navigation, and interaction flows through iterative design and feedback cycles.
• Incorporate user feedback and usability findings to drive continual UX improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on UX-driven mobile or web app development.
• Proven experience delivering industry-leading UX solutions from concept to launch, especially in mobile apps.
• Track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences and managing cross-functional UX-focused teams.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices (research, prototyping, usability testing, interaction design).
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to use data-driven insights to optimize user experiences.
• Ability to translate complex UX challenges into clear, actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working across diverse teams.
• Experience influencing without authority and leading cross-functional UX initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field; advanced degrees or UX/UI certifications are a plus.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline range varies by geographic zone, and base pay is determined by skills and experience. In the United States, the current base pay ranges by zone are:

• Zone A: $164,700 - $215,025
• Zone B: $148,500 - $193,875
• Zone C: $136,800 - $178,600
