What You'll Be DoingUsing innovative, evidence-based skills and interventions, you will professionally support individuals seeking service at the Wagga Wagga Ambulatory Rehabilitation Service and inpatients of the Rehabilitation Ward at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. You will take a clinically informed approach and provide respectful, person-centred care, tailored to individual's needs. Central to your role will be employing an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.

- Incentives Offered: This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including up to $10,000 sign on incentive, and up to $5,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location).

As the Rehabilitation Social Worker, you will be able to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high quality patient care for the community of Wagga Wagga. QualificationsCriteria
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current Tertiary Social Worker Qualification in the relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of an appropriate Australian professional association in the discipline.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and proven problem-solving ability within a clinical setting.
