We are a leading menswear brand in the retail industry, delivering affordable, sharp fashion to the style-conscious guy.

We seek an experienced Assistant Store Manager to further their career within our retailer that prioritises team development and customer styling.

Position Purpose

This role supports the Store Manager in driving overall store performance by creating an exceptional customer experience, strong sales attitude, and a people-first culture.

ResponsibilitiesPeople
  1. Create and maintain a people-first culture valuing development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
  2. Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.
  3. Provide regular feedback prioritising professional development and internal progression.
Performance
  1. Ensure team delivers an exceptional customer experience using CLASS sale selling steps and relevant customer service techniques.
  2. Drive and maintain sales performance within the store, aligning with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  3. Support the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising guides.
  4. Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss opportunities and develop actions.
  5. Manage the store during the Store Manager's RDO and Annual Leave.
