Specsavers is on the lookout for an experienced Optometrist looking to accelerate their career by owning and working within our Grafton store, in NSW.

Set along the scenic Clarence River, Grafton is a charming regional town in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Serviced by Grafton Regional Airport and located just a few hours' drive from major hubs like Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay, it combines a quieter lifestyle with convenient access to urban amenities. Specsavers Grafton is conveniently located in the heart of Grafton, within Grafton Shoppingworld — a centre home to over 90 specialty stores, including Big W, Target, and Woolworths. The store itself is 129sqm in size with 2 Optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room, 4 dispense desks, 1000+ frames on display, and state of the art equipment including OCT.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced optometrist who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service.
