Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development & Sales Executive located in Toowoomba, QLD.
The role is focused on converting warm leads, following up quotes and brand kits, generating new client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. You'll manage your sales activity through HubSpot CRM and work closely with the Director to deliver smart, fast, and practical solutions to our B2B clients.
You'll also attend field days, exhibitions and industry events, helping us continue to grow our presence in key verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound sales activity, including quoting and follow-ups
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Maintain and grow client relationships with a solution-focused approach
- Use HubSpot to manage tasks, pipeline, and reporting
- Represent Berlex at key trade and field events
- Maintain a high standard of communication, responsiveness and follow-through
- 3+ years' experience in a business development or B2B sales role
- Background in promotional products, printing, branding, or marketing is highly valued
- Proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience with quoting, product selection, and order coordination is a plus
- A fast-moving, supportive team environment
