The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Practice Nurse for our Rockingham practice. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced Nurses and GPs, delivering high-quality comprehensive care to patients.

The Tasks

  • Perform health assessments
  • Administer vaccines
  • Monitor post-vaccination observations
  • Triaging patients and emergency prioritization
  • Assist GPs with minor procedures
  • Manage and maintain patient clinical data
  • Perform wound dressings and suture removal
  • Provide health education and coaching

The Successful Candidate

  • AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Experience in General Practice or acute settings
  • Knowledge of Health Assessment (highly regarded)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for patient care and personable approach
