The Role

Join a high-performing team of 15 Personal Trainers & Gym Instructors. Benefit from direct mentorship from the Health Club Leadership team. Step into a role with strong membership base ensuring an impactful start. Take advantage of our excellent facilities, including a Hydrotherapy pool, a state-of-the-art Health Club, Reformer Pilates, and a Recovery Zone. Be part of a Health Club with over 5300 members and 800,000 annual visitations, providing a dynamic and thriving work environment.

We are looking for dynamic fitness professionals committed to delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members who can deliver personal training to members on an as-needs basis.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
  • Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
  • Minimum Cert III in Fitness
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
  • Driven to success with a friendly can-do attitude
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded
