DLUX Agile Business Analyst – Adobe CMS (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location:

Sydney, NSW

3 days onsite with an awesome client in the Sydney CBD

2 days HQ-side with the DLUX crew in Parramatta

BYOD (Yes, bring your own laptop – we trust you know what you're doing)

Contract Type:

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for more if the vibe is right)

Start Date: August 2025

About the Role:

Calling all curious minds and clear communicators

We're on the lookout for a switched-on Agile Business Analyst to join a digital transformation adventure powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You'll be the glue between stakeholders and techies, helping shape slick content workflows that actually work.

This is your chance to flex your BA muscles in a buzzing CMS ecosystem, collaborate with marketing and UX champs, and roll out smart solutions that make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Key Responsibilities):

Make sense of the chaos: gather and document CMS and digital content requirements

Turn business speak into dev-friendly stories and flows

Own the Agile rhythm – stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, the works

Facilitate clear conversations between marketing, tech, and UX

Keep UAT on track and ensure we ship what we promise

Be the calm in the delivery storm – a trusted bridge between client and dev team

What You Bring (Required Skills):

5+ years of BA wizardry, ideally in agile environments

Hands-on CMS know-how (bonus points for Adobe AEM)

A knack for writing sharp user stories and clean diagrams

Confident working across hybrid teams and directly with clients

You listen well, speak clearly, and don't get lost in the jargon jungle

Nice-to-Have Superpowers:

Experience in Martech, digital marketing, or content strategy

Adobe stack familiarity (not just AEM but the whole gang)

Exposure to agency, media, government, or retail land

Work Vibes & Tools:

Hybrid setup: split your time between the Rhodes and Parramatta HQ

Agile favourites: JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and maybe a few whiteboard wars

BYOD: bring your own device (we'll bring the coffee and sticky notes)
