About the Role:

Airswift is currently seeking an experiencedDesign Leadto join a high-performing project team responsible for delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure developments. This role plays a key part in supporting the Design Coordination Lead by managing design files, site surveys, and 3D models across integrated project packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a fully integrated site-wide 3D model to support project planning and execution.
  • Conduct scoping, scenario planning, and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of design inputs.
  • Coordinate with various design disciplines to ensure consistency and alignment across deliverables.
  • Manage and validate survey data and design inputs to support construction and implementation phases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Modeller in infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proficiency inNavisworksand12Ddesign software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in themining or gold sectoris highly desirable.
  • Only candidates with Australian Permanent or a valid Australian Working Visa will be considered.
