The opportunity

This is a leadership role overseeing a high-performing team responsible for managing the lifecycle of assets across our platform. You'll drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate with IT and Investment Management to deliver best-practice service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a customer-focused operations team
Oversee asset setup, pricing, and lifecycle management
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administration tasks
Experience in defining new functions, system enhancements and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain up-to-date procedures and drive process improvements

About You

5+ years experience in financial services
Strong understanding of ASX securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), international securities, managed funds, bonds, and unlisted assets
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with WRAP/Super platforms is highly regarded
