The Opportunity

We're seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our QLD team. Based around West Brisbane, you'll be responsible for driving the sale and distribution of our wine portfolio across a defined territory, including Brisbane, Toowoomba, Southern Downs, Lockyer Valley, and Ipswich.

Key responsibilities include:

• Growing independent retail accounts and increasing presence in the on-premise channel
• Building and managing strong customer relationships
• Meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategies
• Representing our brands at trade events and activations
• Undertaking approximately 4 nights per month of regional travel

This role reports directly to the QLD State Sales Manager and is supported by a passionate and collaborative national team.

About You

You're an experienced sales professional with strong industry connections and a genuine passion for wine. You thrive in autonomous roles, are highly organised, and consistently deliver results. Your excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset make you a trusted partner to clients across retail and hospitality.

We're looking for the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the wine or beverage industry
• Proven sales success in FMCG, with at least 3 years' experience
• Strong territory management and business planning capabilities
• A positive, solution-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trade-level relationships (retail and on-premise)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A current driver's licence
