Job Overview

The Associate Digital Activation Directors are responsible for end-to-end output across their entire client set.

This role must forge exceptionally strong relationships with senior clients, as well as maintaining a clear strategic vision to deliver growth for both clients and the Digital Activation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of output from your team across all clients.
  • Engaging Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance.
  • Working with Managers to deliver best in class client brief responses.
  • Full financial responsibility of your clients sets, including forecasting and invoicing accuracy.
  • Full responsibility for implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
  • Responding to, and presenting new business pitches.
  • Developing strong working relationships with their:
  • Digital Activation team and wider agency.
  • Directors & Head of: ability to manage upwards when required.
  • Coordinators & Execs: supporting in their development internal client teams.
  • External partners: Forging strong relationships with senior Facebook & Google reps.
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Experienced managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search and social campaigns.
  • Knowledge of programmatic campaigns will be advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and individual task list.
  • Strong experience across SA360, Google Ads & Bing Ads + GA360/GA4.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and responsibility for reaching performance targets.
