South Coast Radiology (SCR) is looking for a Senior Radiographer to join our team at John Flynn Private Hospital (JFH) located in the southern end of Gold Coast, Tugun - 5 minutes to Airport and only 3 minutes to Gold Coast beaches.

JFH is a large private 354 bed hospital providing a wide range of health care services with a 24-hour emergency department, comprehensive cardiac services, general and orthopaedic surgery to medical Imaging inpatient and outpatient facilities.

As part of SCR, you can work across our fully comprehensive private practice located in JFH which includes 2 brand new GE CT scanners, MRI, X-ray, theatre, US and a PET and Nuclear Medicine centre serviced under the same company. Large range of referrers across multiple specialities, including, Cardiac, emergency, MSK, vascular, and neurology.

GE experience across CT & MRI is preferable but not essential.

You'll have exposure to a lot of variety in different modalities with the opportunity for upskilling and career progression Working closely with specialist referrers and hospital facilities allows for rapid knowledge and career development.

• AHPRA - Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration
• QLD Radiation use license
• Australian Residency - Rights to work in Australia
• Tertiary degree qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography)
• 5+ years post-graduate experience in Radiography beneficial, but not essential.
• GE CT and MRI experience advantageous, but not essential.
• Demonstrated professional competence within a clinical setting
• Be able to commit to shift work and assist in on-call service within a hospital setting.
