We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists.

1. Deliver supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practice.
2. Use assessments, observations, and understanding of child development to tailor support options that fit each child and family.
3. Empower families, caregivers, and professionals to build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using coaching skills.
4. Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in settings and activities they choose.
5. Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals in the NDIA business system.
6. Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.

1. Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood/Education.
2. Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues.
3. Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

• Compensation: Up to $18,550 free income tax per year through Salary Packaging and opportunity to purchase additional leave.
