Recruitment Consultant - Science & Engineering

We are on the lookout for a Business Development Analyst, who will support the commercial and operational growth of the Oceania South Pacific Division. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Managers and liaise with Finance, Operations, and Trade Marketing to drive both big-picture strategies and day-to-day initiatives. You'll help tell the story of the division's performance, while also understanding what makes each market unique and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a key link between OSP markets and global teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy.
  • Support divisional reporting and performance storytelling through clear, data-driven presentations and internal communications.
  • Manage and coordinate the divisional innovation pipeline, aligning timelines and supporting long-term planning.
  • Analyse and interpret data from various sources to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, drive key initiatives, and optimise ways of working.
  • Evaluate trade marketing activity and help share best practices across markets.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years' experience Business Development, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience working in an FMCG or consumer-focused business.
  • Degree-qualified with solid numeracy, commercial understanding, and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working across multiple data sources (e.g. Nielsen/IRI, financial reports, internal tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different cultures, time zones, and departments.
