About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Administrator to join our team for 12 months.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, contractors, and guests of Housing Trust who may present via phone, email, or in person. You will also undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the operations of both the Customer Service and Support team and the Property Services team, as well as help provide a welcoming front desk experience.
Role Responsibilities
Customer Service:Deliver outstanding service to customers every time, especially when circumstances and timeframes are challenging.
Communication:Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, mail, and in person.
Record Maintenance:Maintain and update all tenant and property records (e.g. Greentree, hardcopy files, operational registers) in accordance with policy and procedure.
Reception Management:Assist with lunch coverage and perform Friday reception duties.
Administrative Support:Support the Customer Service and Support team and the Property Services team with administrative and/or project work as required. Support Tenancy Managers when undertaking field work (attend home visits).
