Job Description

Are you an experienced allied health professional with a passion for leading a team and shaping the next generation of clinicians?

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist looking to take the next step into team management.

You will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community. Whether you have leadership experience or are seeking to step into a leadership role permanently, we would love to hear from you

This role requires you to utilize your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of your NDIS participants and to foster the development of team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
  • Providing essential Speech Pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
  • Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
  • Building a supportive environment to achieve high clinical standards
  • Assisting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation for compliance

Qualifications

To be considered, you will have:

  • Current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Leadership capability to meet key responsibilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Mentorship interest for graduates and early-career clinicians
  • A fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
