Overview

Delivery Lead - Recruitment at Net2Source Inc. A Digital Producer is responsible for overseeing the end to end process of digital projects, from planning and development to final delivery, ensuring they meet the client's creative vision, budget, and deadlines.

They act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various creative teams, developers, and stakeholders to bring digital content, campaigns, or projects to life.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Management: Developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Creative Collaboration: Working closely with creative teams (designers, writers, developers, etc.) to ensure the project aligns with the client\'s vision.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating project progress, updates, and challenges to clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Tracking project expenses, ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets, and negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Quality Control: Monitoring project quality throughout the production process and ensuring the final product meets specified standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical aspects of digital production, including website development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Depending on the role, may be responsible for leading or managing a team of digital production professionals.
  • Content Creation: Developing and overseeing the creation of digital content, such as web pages, landing pages, marketing materials, and social media content.
  • Website Development: Managing website development projects, including design, functionality, and content integration.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Social Media Management: Oversight of social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Testing and Optimization: Ensuring that digital assets are optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking project performance, analyzing data, and generating reports on key metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in digital production, project management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of website development, CMS, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
