As an Education Consultant, you will be the guiding light for our clients, offering them the confidence and clarity they need during one of the most critical decisions of their lives. What you'll be doing
- Providing expert guidance and advice to prospective students on education options and application processes.
- Assisting the migration team in preparing visa applications.
- Assisting students with the preparation and submission of applications to educational institutions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational offerings, entry requirements, and visa regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
- Representing the company at education expos and student recruitment events.
- Monitoring student progress and providing ongoing support throughout their studies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the education consultancy.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a student advisory or educational consultancy role.
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
- Ability to remain calm and provide guidance in high-pressure situations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
