Responsibilities- Occupational Health Strategies and Policies: Plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and audit the delivery of occupational health programs to ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and promote best practices based on research and evidence.
- Physical and Emotional Well-Being: Formulate, implement, and evaluate policies for health promotion, protection, and surveillance of workers to meet legislative requirements and promote employee well-being.
- Occupational Health Risk Management: Develop methods for data analysis and interpretation, communicate trends, and advise on action plans to maintain a healthy workplace.
- Infectious Disease and COVID-19: Oversee management of infectious diseases, especially COVID-19, to mitigate health risks at the workplace.
- HSSE Training and Prevention Program: Provide training, health surveillance, vaccination programs, and manage occupational health issues.
- Occupational Health Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with legislation and guidance, using evidence-based practices to ensure health protection.
- HSSE Incident Management: Lead incident classification and analysis to prevent future incidents.
- Business HSSE Advisor: Develop and evaluate HSSE strategies for other Business Units to ensure safety in hazardous work conditions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety & Environment Engineering or equivalent.
- Master's degree in OSH / HSE is advantageous.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in OSH/HSE.
