Our client is a leading independent Australian corporate law firm with over 800 staff and more than 155 partners, ranked for excellence in banking & finance and commercial law nationally.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with top-tier financing mandates such as property development, agribusiness, structured and syndicated facilities.
  • Draft and negotiate complex financing documentation
  • Support high-stakes client negotiations and closing workstreams
  • Engage in regulatory structuring and due diligence
  • Monitor project delivery and coordinate client status reports
What You'll Bring
  • 4–5 yrs PQE in reputable law firm's banking & finance practice
  • Experience with complex finance documentation and structuring
  • High drive, client-oriented focus and commercial legal judgment
  • Strong ability to work both independently and on team matters
